Recommended Serving:Â 30 minutes before each meal take 15-25 drops 3 times daily into 1/2 glass of high quality filtered water and SIP sublingually over a period of 5 minutes. For acute phase use 15-25 drops every 2 hours, up to 6 times daily. Children < 80 lbs. 1/2 and infants 1/3 of the recommended serving.
